PAYMENT

  • USD or VND only (Rate: 1USD = 24000VND)

  • Paypal invoice will be sent after sketches (or sooner if requested).

  • Payment must be paid within 2 days after the invoice has been sent.

  • Discuss beforehand for any inconvenience.

PROCESS

  • I send a lot of WIPs.

  • My work flow: Sketch > Linework > Flat > Shade > Refine. Some phases can be merged together.

  • Turnaround can be up to about 1 month (not exact, it can be 1-2 days later).

  • Please only request edits for details relevant to each phase. I can refuse any request outside of the current phase (I.E: Edit lineart during coloring phase).

  • I will inform you for any unexpected problems that temporarily prevent me from continue my work.

  • Commission files will be sent through Email or uploaded to my Google Drive, and shared with only the commissioner (or more if requested).

PERMISSION

For Clients

  • Clients may post anywhere with credit.

  • Clients may request cancellation. Refund based on the progress.

  • Client may request me not to upload the commission.

  • Clients may request update for refsheet commission within 3 months. (The fee will be based on the difficulty)

  • Clients may not edit the commission unless given permission.

  • Clients may not use for commercial purpose unless it is a commercial commission.

  • Clients may not request refund for completed commission.

  • Clients may not run my art through / feed my art to any kind of AI tool.

  • Clients may not propose their own "personal TOS / Agreement". Everything must be discussed based on my Terms of Service.

For Artist

  • I can use the commission for promotional purpose.

  • I can post completed commission on the internet at any time unless requested beforehand.

  • I can refuse any request / idea.

  • I can cancel commission anytime, full refund.

  • I can draw personal project during commission.

REFSHEET - EXTRA FEES

  • Extra element: $30 each

  • Extra items: $5 each

  • NSFW: $15

  • Custom background: From $20

NOTES

  • All images are for example purpose only.

  • Fullbody illustration can either have feet or not depends on the setting.

  • If background is not requested, a color circle will be put behind the character, but you can request to not include it.

  • For Detailed refsheet, you can have 2 free element. The number of free units in each element is presented in the example.

  • If custom background is not requested, a placeholder image will be put in instead.
